How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
Your EZ Tote mattress takes 5-14 business days to arrive and it will be delivered by FedEx directly to your door.
When will I recieve tracking information?
Tracking will be available as soon as the mattress leaves our facility and is scanned in by FedEx. This will typically take between 3-10 business days and once it’s generated, we will send tracking to you directly.
Is White Glove delivery available?
White Glove service is not available for EZ Totes at this time. All EZ Totes are shipped via FedEx, who will deliver the carton to your door.
How do I clean my mattress?
To clean your mattress, we suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area and letting it stand for about 15 minutes. Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It’s important that you also air the product out as much as possible.
We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.
In order to protect your mattress from stains and spills, we recommend using a mattress protector. This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress.
Are there any coils in this product?
No, the EZ Totes do not contain any coils. They are all foam mattresses made up of 2 layers (Sheer Slumber) or 3 layers (Sheep Retreat).
Do you offer returns?
At this time we unfortunately do not offer returns.
